What we collect
When you contact us or we contact you about a quotation or an order — by WhatsApp, email, phone or the forms on this website — we keep your name, company, phone number, email address, and the messages and files you send us, such as price lists and quotations. Customer accounts and checkout keep the details needed to deliver an order.
Why we use it
To request, receive and compare quotations for products and services; to prepare offers for our clients; to follow up orders and deliveries; and to keep a record of our business communication. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Our business WhatsApp number (+218 92 782 8080) uses the WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta. Messages to and from this number are processed by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy, and by our own systems to record supplier quotations and follow up requests. Our messages are about specific business requests; tell us at any time to stop and we will.
Who can see it
Only ARAK staff who need it for their work, and the service providers we use to run our systems (hosting, email, WhatsApp and office software), under their own security and privacy terms.
How long we keep it
As long as we have a business relationship with you, and afterwards as long as needed for our records and legal obligations.
Your choices — data deletion
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email [email protected], or send a WhatsApp message to our business number with the words “delete my data”. We will answer within 30 days.
